Mindful Doodling for Stress Relief & Self-Discovery
Introductory workshop of Neurographica®—a self-coaching method blending meditative drawing with neuroscience principles. Participants are guided through the Neurographica® algorithm: a sequence of flowing lines, curves, shapes, and intuitive coloring. The process cultivates calm focus, reduces stress, dissolves mental blocks, and sparks creative problem-solving. No artistic experience or talent required.
